Time Stops at Arras

Back in 2014, Sofie and I went for dinner at Arras. After our meal of steak tartare, snapper with confit mushrooms and duck liver, the most diverse and well-curated cheese selection I’ve ever had the pleasure of choosing from, and a buffet of petit fours, I was dying to share our experience. However, soon thereafter Arras closed down *heavy breathing* so the full review never came into fruition. I stumbled across this post in my archives and have decided to share the nostalgic documentation for posterity. As you can see below, I didn’t get very far into my review. But I remember particularly liking the insertion of little edible interludes between your selected courses and the super high ceilings with draped fabric.
